MOMM Wäschefabrik

How you make your bed is how you sleep. That's exactly why good bed linen is so important, because it accompanies us very closely, night after night. MOMM has been producing bed linen in its own linen factory in the Allgäu region of Germany for over 180 years. The mission is to make the sleeping experience as special and pleasant as possible.

The heart of the lingerie factory is the sewing room, which works closely with the warehouse, communications and sales staff. The common goal is to produce the highest quality and most durable product that is good for us and our environment.

Sustainability

momm-nachhaltigkeit

Quality and durability of the products are just as important as short transport routes, ecologically certified materials and environmentally friendly packaging. Sustainability means a transparent and regional value chain.

The fabrics are manufactured in Germany and Italy.

MOMM quality

Since 1839, MOMM has stood for high quality - every product is made by hand with the greatest care in our linen factory in Marktoberdorf. Thanks to the craftsmanship of our employees, the bed linen is highly durable, top quality and comfortable to sleep in.

All our materials come from Europe, subject to the highest quality standards. The fabrics are natural and therefore either 100% cotton or pure linen - they are also Ökotex100 certified and vegan. Therefore, this bed linen is particularly kind to the skin and allergy sufferers.

History

The history of the linen factory goes back to 1839, when today's linen factory was founded by Christoph Friedrich Heinzelmann in Kaufbeuren. At home in the Allgäu today as it was then. The Allgäu is not only special because of its unique nature and proximity to the Alps, but also because of its history, rich in tradition. A region where textile production has always been at home and the highest standards of craftsmanship, materials and products remain unchanged.

In addition to local production, the focus of the linen factory has always been on fair and family-like team cohesion. Since 1964, the linen factory has specialised exclusively in the production of handmade bed linen.
